Q. How can I contact the staff for UTOPIA?

Q. What are your hours of operation?
A. Because we are an online corporation, you have access to our goods 24 hours a day. However, we are available by phone (1 973 951-1562) during normal business hours (9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST). Please know our email responses may be sent after business hours.
Q. What is the best way to order from--Wish Love Well, TNI, Stimuli Art, or Inspire UTOPIA?
A. Because we have 4+ unique eStores, it is possible for you place separate orders in each eStore. When placing your order, please review your shopping cart for accuracy.

Q. How can I pay for my order?

A. You can securely pay by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover).

If you want to pay
by check (business or personal) or money order, you must call in or email your order. You would then need to make it payable to UTOPIA, and mail it to UTOPIA, P.O. Box 681, Kenilworth, NJ 07033-9998. After the payment has been processed, your order will be shipped to you.

Q. Is sales tax automatically added to my order total?
A. If you live in New Jersey, 7% sales tax will be added to your order total. If you live in other states, no sales tax will added to your order.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. If your purchase arrives broken (or you are not pleased with it), simply contact us at either
learnutopia@stimuliart.com or 1 973 951-1562.

Please have the item description, the item cost, and date of purchase handy. We will provide you with detailed information on returning the item to us. Upon the receipt of the item, we will either send you a replacement item, credit your account, or mail you a refund check.
Q. How do I get start with the RIVER OF JORDAN home redesign service?

Q. Do I need to leave a deposit for work to begin at my home?
A. Yes. A 50% deposit is required to begin our redesign service in your home. These monies allow us to purchase the necessary supplies and to dedicate resource time for your project.

Q. Is the work I receive from RIVER OF JORDAN guaranteed?
A. Yes. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your project, please let us know right away. We will amend our project plan, to better meet your expectations.
Q. Is the artwork featured on this website original artwork?
A. Some original artwork is featured throughout our website. All other art is documented with information about the creator or owner of the artwork.

Q. Can I submit my artwork to exhibited on StimuliArt.com?
A. Sure! StimuliArt.com offers artists various ways to exhibit and market you works of art. Simply review
your options and the guidelines. If you have further questions, email them to pdsmith@stimuliart.com.

Q. How much does it cost to have my artwork posted on this website?
A. If you would like to sell your artwork on our site, we will enter a
consignment agreement with you. If the art is sold, we will deduct the agreed upon amount from the total sale price. We will then send you the remaining amount.
Q. How does your concierge service work?
A. First start by checking our U network for goods and services that focus on creativity, wellness, and spirituality. If you don't find what you're looking for, please contact us with your wish list (and for a nominal fee), we'll search for your items.

Q. What occasions does your service shop for?
A. We can personal shop for most life occasions--birthdays, holidays, weddings, graduations, plus more.
